Oppenhoff & Partner strengthens real estate group with new partner
Dr. Stefanie Minzenmay will be joining as of 1 May 2012. The 41-year-old has already been working in the Cologne office before 2009 for almost than ten years. Most recently she worked in her own firm, considerably reduced for family reasons .
Many years of experience in real estate transactions
Stefanie Minzenmay specialises in real estate transactions and has many years of experience in the consultation of international enterprises and financial investors during the purchase, sale and development of properties, real estate (portofolios), leisure centres, industrial plants and industrial estates. She also advises on tenancy law and on matters of public law concerning all aspects of real estate.
Minzenmay has advised, amongst others, Hannover Rück and E + S Rückversicherung on the sale of a portfolio to the US investment house Cerberus, ITM Enterprises on the sale of the SPAR properties as well as Norsk Hydro on the sale of the Stade aluminium plant premises to Prokon Nord and Electrabel.
