Oppenhoff & Partner assists RTL in acquisition of netzathleten.net

Netzathleten media bundles and markets offers in the areas sport and entertainment, health and diet, as well as business, and is the leading operator of vertical networks in German-speaking countries.
The management of netzathleten media as a wholly-owned subsidiary will be the responsibility of IP Deutschland.
The transaction was handled by RTL’s corporate lawyer Dr. Caroline Vedder. She was assisted with the corporate law due diligence by an Oppenhoff & Partner team comprising Dr. Harald Gesell and Michael Grimm.
