Oppenhoff & Partner appoints three new junior partners

Tina Kasten, Georg Lecheler and Vanessa Pickenpack have been appointed junior partners with effect as of 1 July 2011.
Tina Kasten advises German and foreign enterprises, in particular in the energy sector and pharmaceutical industry, as well as financial investors in corporate acquisitions and other corporate matters.
Georg Lecheler advises German and international enterprises and investors in the areas of intellectual property, copyright, unfair competition and cartel law.
Vanessa Pickenpack specialises in litigation and arbitration, in particular post-M&A litigation. She advises and represents national and international enterprises on issues of civil and commercial law, inter alia purchase law, commercial tenancy law, commercial agency law and distribution rights.
