Oppenhoff & Partner confirms firm’s management for a further three years

Oppenhoff & Partner in Cologne will also remain under the management of Michael Oppenhoff, Michael Abels, Dr. Axel Bödefeld, Dr. Stephan König and Gert Dittert in future. The firm’s executive officers, which were first elected after the firm’s separation from Linklaters in autumn 2007, have therewith been confirmed for a further three years.

At the last quarterly partner meeting, Michael Abels, Dr. Axel Bödefeld and Michael Oppenhoff were re-elected members of the partners’ board. The partners’ board assumes the task of strategic developments at Oppenhoff & Partner. Michael Oppenhoff will continue to be its spokesman. Gert Dittert and Dr. Stephan König were re-elected members of the management committee, the executive organ which manages the interests of the law firm.
