Oppenhoff & Partner advises Sunstar on the acquisition of Interbros

Sunstar, a global health care company, acquires Interbros GmbH from the German Krallmann Group.
As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sunstar Suisse SA, Interbros will join five other sales companies in Europe.

Interbros is a 180-year-old leading manufacturer of high quality toothbrushes and more recently, interdental cleaning picks. Sunstar is a major player in the area of oral and personal hygiene as well as an important participant in the fields of health & beauty care, environment and transportation and safety technologies; and distributes its products in 90 countries around the world through its network of 23 operating entities.

An Oppenhoff & Partner team, led by partner Ronald Meißner, extensively advised the buyer on the transaction.
