Oppenhoff & Partner advises Swedish Nederman Holding on the acquisition of the Dantherm Filtration Group

Oppenhoff & Partner has advised Nedermann Holding AB on the acquisition of the Dantherm Filtration Group for 280 million Danish Krone (ca. 38 million Euro) from the Danish Dantherm A/S. The Nedermann Group, situated in Helsingborg in Sweden, is a leading provider of environmental products and systems. With the acquisition of Dantherm Filtration, Nederman is strengthening its industrial waste gas treatment and air purification division. The transaction does not include the French Dantherm Filtration, which was not attributed any central importance. Without the French units, Dantherm Filtration employs more than 900 employees. The Dantherm Group employs more than 3,000 employees worldwide and has production and distribution units in Europe, the USA and Asia.
