Oppenhoff & Partner advises RWE on the expansion of its holding in PSI to 17.77%

RWE is expanding its influence at PSI and now disposes over a share of 17.77 % in the Berlin software enterprise. All of the shares were assumed by RWE Energy AG, the sales and grid company of the RWE group for continental Europe.

An Oppenhoff & Partner team, headed by Dr. Lars Böttcher, extensively advised RWE Energy during this transaction. Further team members were Michael Kautzsch (corporate law/M&A) and Eckart Wagner and Dr. Maxim Kleine (antitrust law).
