Oppenhoff & Partner advises Masco on the sale of shower enclosures manufacturer Breuer

Masco Corporation is selling the shower enclosures manufacturer Breuer to Horst Wellness GmbH & Co KG. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The Neuwied company Breuer GmbH has been a part of Masco since 1996. The US Masco group is one of the largest sanitary engineering groups in the world and employs some 40,000 people.

An Oppenhoff & Partner team, led by Dr. Peter Etzbach, extensively advised Masco on the transaction. Additional team members were Tina Kasten (M&A/corporate law), Isabel Kreienbrock, Jörn Kuhn (labour law) and Michael Kautzsch (real estate law).
