Oppenhoff & Partner advises Labelux on merger control for the acquisition of Belstaff
Labelux, the luxury group holding company, is acquiring the outdoor fashion brand Belstaff from Italian Clothing Company SpA.
Labelux already owns fashion labels Jimmy Choo, Bally, Derek Lam and Zagliani as well as classy noble jewelry brand Solange Azagury Partridge.
A team from Oppenhoff & Partner with Dr. Maxim Kleine and Dr. Daniel Dohrn advised in relation to merger control clearance.
