The Kuwaiti German Holding Company (K.S.C.) is acquiring the operative assets of j&w Reinigungssyteme für Trockenkühlanlagen GmbH, Bochum. The purchase price is not being disclosed. Kuwaiti German Holding Company (K.S.C.) is a private investment company which participates in unlisted small and medium-sized German businesses. Its investment focus lies in manufacturing enterprises and industry-oriented services, where access to the Gulf States (GCC) promises particular added value potential.

j&w is the world’s leading manufacturer of cleaning equipment for dry-cooling systems. Throughout the world, plant manufacturers are fitting air-condensation systems in new power stations with j&w cleaning systems because of the increased performance achieved with the cleaning.
