Oppenhoff & Partner advises Johannes Seniorendienste e.V. on the sale of 29 elderly care units

Subject to the consent of the Federal Cartel Office, once the transaction goes through, Johanniter Seniorenhäuser GmbH will assume over 29 elderly care units as well as service companies of the corporate group of Johannes Seniorendienste e.V. as per 1 October 2010. In future, 95 units with a total of about 9,600 residential care and sheltered housing places will belong to Johanniter Seniorenhäuser GmbH. Upon execution of the transaction, about 6000 employees will be working at more than 80 sites in the largest non-profit organisation for elderly care. The annual turnover of the new corporate unit will be about € 240 million.
