Oppenhoff & Partner advises insolvency administrator Kebekus on the sale of the insolvent Honsel

The creditors’ committee of the German automotive supplier has approved the sale to a consortium comprising the Canadian group Martin Rea and the financial investor Anchorage. Honsel produces aluminium alloy parts for engines, gearboxes, chassis and bodyworks.
