Oppenhoff & Partner advises the Dortmund company RWE Energy AG on a participation in PSI AG

The issue price for the 1,189,999 subscribed shares is 7.61 euro per share. All of the shares were assumed by RWE Energy AG.
Through this issue of shares, PSI’s share capital has increased in a nominal amount of about three million euro to a total of 33.5 million euro. Over nine million euro will accrue to PSI. RWE Energy is the sales and grid company of the RWE group for continental Europe.
