Oppenhoff & Partner advises on the purchase of three pentahotels
HPI Germany Hotelbesitz GmbH, an affiliate of pentahotels, is assuming ownership of the three pentahotels in Braunschweig, Eisenach and Kassel. The properties have been owned to date by CRE Hotel Immobilien GmbH.
The hotels will still be run by the HPI affiliate pentahotels Deutschland under the penta brand. Both companies belong to investors from Hongkong.
An Oppenhoff & Partner team, led by Dr. Günter Seulen, advised the purchaser. Further team members were Dr. Falk Osterloh, Michael Grimm (all corporate law/M&A), Holger Hoffmann (building and real estate law) and Dr. Gunnar Knorr (tax law).
