M&A Partner Reinhard Hermes transfers to Oppenhoff & Partner

Hermes, a German lawyer (Rechtsanwalt), as well as MPA of the Harvard University and Attorney-at-Law in New York, has about 20 years of experience as a lawyer and has been a partner of the international law firm of Allen & Overy at the Frankfurt office since 1998. The focus of his advice is on transactions, restructurings and matters of corporate law, predominantly in cases with an international connection.

For example, he represented General Electric during the acquisition of an interest in GE Bayer Sili-cones from Bayer and the subsequent sale of the GE Silicones division to Apollo Management, as well as having represented Randstad during the acquisition of the Bindan group.
