Rolf Koerfer (51) will be joining the law firm of Oppenhoff & Partner in Cologne. Koerfer is considered to be one of the leading lawyers advising on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). To date, he has been a partner of Allen & Overy LLP. Prior to that, Koerfer worked at Shearman & Sterling as partner and coleader of the worldwide M&A practice.
