International Tax Review nominates Oppenhoff & Partner again as National Transfer Pricing Firm of the Year.

In 2008 Oppenhoff & Partner was the only law firm to compete against three of the “Big Four” auditing companies for the coveted award, and this year the Cologne law firm is again one of the four candidates eligible for consideration.

The winner will be selected by the editorial team of the International Tax Review and a panel of the Tax Executives Institute’s European Chapter and announced during the evening of the awards ceremony on 19 May 2009. With the European Tax Awards, the International Tax Review is choosing the most innovative counselling given in cases covering the areas transaction, structuring, tax disputes and transfer pricing in Europe between February 2008 and February 2009.
