Myriam Schilling specialises in the provision of advice to German and foreign clients on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint venture projects. She also regularly advises international enterprises on group restructurings, reorganisation measures and other general questions of corporate law. She has particular expertise in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Career / Education

Myriam Schilling is a partner of the law firm of Oppenhoff & Partner. From 2005 to 2009 she was an associate at Allen & Overy LLP in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. She studied law at the Universities of Trier and Bonn. During her vocational training Ms Schilling worked inter alia at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Cologne and Siemens AG in Munich. Within the scope of her secondment in 2008, Ms Schilling worked for the central legal department of Evonik Industries AG, M&A division.
