Ronald Meissner advises German and foreign corporations and investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint venture projects, as well as on the optimisation of group structures, corporate restructurings and reorganisations and on general corporate law.

Career / Education

Ronald is a partner of Oppenhoff & Partner. He was an associate and managing associate at Oppenhoff & Rädler / Linklaters LLP from 2001 to 2007. From 2001 to 2003, he worked in the New York office of the firm. Ronald studied law at the University of Regensburg and received his LL.M. from Tulane University, New Orleans, Louisiana. He has been admitted to the New York Bar since 2002.
