Experience
Marc Hilber is specialised in advising companies on technology related transactions, and in particular on joint ventures and outsourcing and software development projects. He advises on contracts for cooperations, sales systems, software licensing and maintenance and ASP and also on national and international data protection law.
Career / Education
Marc is a partner of Oppenhoff & Partner. He was an associate and managing associate at Oppenhoff & Rädler / Linklaters LLP from 2002 to 2007. He studied law at the Universities of Passau, Angers, Illinois (LL.M.) and Cologne (Dr. iur.). As part of his legal training he worked for the US law firm Allegaert Berger & Vogel in New York.
