Silvanne Helle specialises in trade and commercial law litigation and arbitration, in particular post-M&A and corporate litigation/arbitration. Silvanne Helle has also gained considerable expertise in the fields of distribution and commercial agency law, as well as in the legislation governing general business terms and conditions.

Career / Education

Silvanne is a partner of Oppenhoff & Partner. In 2001 she began as a legal trainee at Linklaters, Hong Kong. From 2002 to 2007 she was a lawyer at Oppenhoff & Rädler/Linklaters LLP, where she became a managing associate in 2005. Silvanne Helle studied law at the University of Trier and was awarded her LL.M. at the University of East Anglia in 1999.
