Wolfram Vogel specialises in the provision of tax advice on (both national and cross-border) corporate acquisitions and the structuring of groups. His particular areas of expertise are the tax aspects of procedural law (e.g. statute of limitation, liability), real estate purchase tax and international tax law. He also specialises in income tax law as well as inheritance and gift tax.

Career / Education

Wolfram Vogel is a junior partner and tax adviser at Oppenhoff & Partner. Prior thereto, he was particularly involved in the field of extrajudicial and judicial tax remedies. He studied international tax law at the University of Hamburg (Master of International Taxation). He passed his tax adviser examination at the beginning of 2002, having previously studied law at the University of Cologne. From 1990 to 1993 he studied at the Fachhochschule für Finanzen (School of Finances) in Nordkirchen and worked as financial consultant for the fiscal authorities until the end of 2001.
