Falk Osterloh advises German and foreign enterprises and financial investors on national and cross-border M&A transactions, restructurings as well as Corporate Governance issues and other questions of corporate law. He focuses on advising listed companies on stock corporation law and its interfaces with capital markets.

Career / Education

Falk Osterloh is a junior partner at Oppenhoff & Partner. During his legal training he worked inter alia at Linklaters LLP in São Paulo and Cologne and at the German-British Chamber of Industry and Commerce in London. Furthermore, he was a research associate at the Institute for Commercial and Business Law at the University of Bonn. Falk Osterloh studied law at the University of Bonn where he obtained his doctorate in law (Dr. jur.) under Prof. Dr. Daniel Zimmer.
