Jörn Kuhn advises German and international enterprises on labour law and company pensions law. A focus of his activities is the provision of employment-related legal advice on restructurings and reorganisations at both the company and works level. In this connection he advises companies on questions concerning collective bargaining and shop constitution law, as well as on company co-determination issues, including their representation in negotiations with unions and works councils. He additionally regularly advises on the labour law and company pensions law aspects of M&A transactions.

Career / Education

Jörn Kuhn is a Junior Partner of the firm Oppenhoff & Partner. He began his career as a lawyer in 2007 at Linklaters LLP. Mr. Kuhn studied law at the Universities of Rostock and Göttingen. Subsequent to his studies Mr. Kuhn worked in the Human Resources Department of the German Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. Stages of his vocational training were spent at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek and in the personnel department of the Gerling Group.
