Marc Krischer specialises in providing tax and balance sheet advice in M&A matters, in the structuring and restructuring of corporate groups as well as advice on external audits, extrajudicial and judicial legal remedies. He also advises on turnover tax matters and tax compliance requirements.

A further focus of his activities is national and international balance sheet law.

Career / Education

Marc Krischer has been a tax adviser at Oppenhoff & Partner since 2008. During his vocational training he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Frankfurt am Main and Ford-Werke AG in Cologne. From 2003 to 2008 he worked in the tax law department of Hecker, Werner, Himmelreich & Nacken in Cologne. Marc Krischer studied business law in Cologne (Diploma) and taxation in Münster (Master of Laws). Moreover he passed the German CPA exam.

Since 2005 he has been a lecturer at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln for international accounting/group accounting, and since 2012 also for group tax law.
