Marc Krischer specialises in the provision of tax advice on (national and cross-border) company purchases, the structuring of groups, external audits and both extrajudicial and judicial remedies. He also specialises in national and international accounting and valuation law.

Career / Education

Marc Krischer has been a tax adviser at Oppenhoff & Partner since 2008. During his vocational training he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Frankfurt am Main and Ford-Werke AG in Cologne. From 2003 to 2008 he worked in the tax law department of Hecker, Werner, Himmelreich & Nacken in Cologne. Marc Krischer studied business law in Cologne (Diploma) and taxation in Münster (Master of Laws). Moreover he passed the German CPA exam.

Since 2005 he has been an assistant lecturer at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln in the area of accounting and taxation/auditing (in particular international accounting and group accounting).
