Experience
Christoph Appel gives legal advice on company purchases and sales as well as on issues of corporate law, including stock corporation law. In particular, he advises German and internatinal industrial enterprises on cross-border M&A transactions and joint venture projects as well as restructurings. Christoph Appel has additional experience in the insurance industry, inter alia, where he gives advice on transactions, corporate legal cases and (re)insurance supervision.

Christoph Appel is a lawyer of the firm Oppenhoff & Partner. In 2006 he began his career with Linklaters LLP in Cologne. He studied law at the University of Cologne and the University College London.
