Marc Alexander Häger specialises in litigation and arbitration, in particular corporate litigation and insolvency litigation. He advises and represents national and international enterprises on issues of civil, mercantile and commercial law, inter alia insolvency law, commercial agency and distribution law as well as general contract law.
Career / Education
Marc Alexander has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff & Partner since 2010. During his legal traineeship he worked for the German-British Chamber of Industry and Commerce in London and Lowenstein Sandler in New York in the Capital Markets Litigation group. From 2006 to 2007 he worked as a research assistant at Linklaters LLP. He studied law at the University of Bonn.
