Michael Grimm specialises in the provision of advice to national and international enterprises on questions of German and European corporate law as well as giving advice on the corporate law aspects of company and group restructurings and M&A transactions. He also advises on German and European antitrust law matters.

Career / Education

Michael Grimm has been a lawyer of Oppenhoff & Partner since 2010. He studied law at the Universities of Bonn and Toulouse, France. Subsequent to his studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Commercial and Economic Law at the University of Bonn in the department of Prof. Dr. Fleischer. During his further vocational training he worked in the corporate law/M&A division of HengelerMueller and in the cartel division of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, as well as at the European Commission Directorate-General for Competition.
